Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive an Apple Store Gift Card when purchasing an eligible Mac or an eligible iPad. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Promotion Period:
The promotion begins on July 16, 2026, and ends on August 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) in Thailand (“Qualifying Country”).
Qualifying Locations:
Apple Store locations, the Apple Store for Education, and 1800-01-9209 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country, with both purchase and delivery within the same Qualifying Country. Orders for Eligible Products and Promotion Products placed at a Qualifying Location during the Promotion Period, even if delivered after the Promotion Period, are still eligible for a Promotion Product.
Offer:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product through a Qualifying Location during the Promotion Period will receive a discount equal to the value of the Promotion Product (depending on their purchase, as specified below) off the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. Customers will be charged for all items in their bag, including the Promotion Product.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Product is not a gift. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Qualified Purchasers:
Qualified Purchasers eligible to purchase products through the Apple Store for Education and Apple Store locations include teachers, faculty, staff, students, and parents, as set forth below (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
K-12 Education – Teachers and staff at public or private educational institutions in Thailand from kindergarten through high school are eligible to purchase. In addition, school board members currently elected or appointed, and officers of parent-teacher associations currently elected or appointed, are also eligible.
Higher Education (Undergraduate or Equivalent and above) – Faculty and staff of higher education institutions, and students who are currently enrolled or accepted into an undergraduate program or higher (or equivalent), are eligible to purchase.
Parents of Higher Education Students (or Equivalent) – Parents of students currently enrolled or accepted into an undergraduate program or higher (or equivalent) at a public or private higher education institution in Thailand may purchase products on behalf of their child.

Verification of Qualified Status:
To complete your purchase, you need to verify your eligibility with UNiDAYS for the Promotion Product. You will be redirected to the UNiDAYS website and will be subject to their Privacy Policy. By registering and using their website, the data you provide will be owned, controlled and processed solely by UNiDAYS and not by Apple. UNiDAYS will share account information with Apple to allow us to understand your verification status.
If you are a parent and wish to receive the Promotion Product on behalf of your child who is a student of a higher education institution at a Qualifying Location without your child being present, then you must present to Apple Store employee: (1) a copy of the relevant Student ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a higher education institution in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”); and (2) the student’s government-issued photo identification card or passport for non-residents (“ID Document”). The student’s information shown on the Qualification Proof and ID Document must match, otherwise Apple may refuse to provide the Promotion Product. Apple will not collect a copy of the Qualification Proof or ID Document. Procedures Related to Product Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policies of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made.
Both the Eligible Product and the Promotion Product must be returned to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, is not returned, or has been used, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. If the Eligible Product is not returned, special offer pricing will not apply, and you will be charged the current full price of the Eligible Product.
Eligible Products or Promotion Products purchased at a Qualifying Location in a Qualifying Country must be returned or exchanged at the same Qualifying Location, in accordance with the location’s policies and procedures.
Promotion Restrictions:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period and while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products and Promotion Product colours are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time for any reason.
For each Eligible Mac purchase, a Qualified Purchaser may receive only one (1) Promotion Product during this promotion.
For each Eligible iPad purchase, a Qualified Purchaser may receive only one (1) Promotion Product during this promotion.
You must provide evidence that you meet the above criteria for a Qualified Purchaser before placing an order.
Resellers, public entities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business entity purchasers are not eligible for this promotion, and Apple reserves the right to cancel any purchases made by such purchasers.
If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion without being a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product or reimbursement for the value of the Promotion Product. Purchases of Eligible Products via any channel other than the Qualifying Locations are not eligible for this promotion. This offer may not be combined with other payment or financing offers. Other Restrictions:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions, provided they are directed at end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period at a Qualifying Location, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations that apply to this promotion and those other Apple promotions.
Apple is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of an Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
