If I set the volumen in the lowest section the volumen is too loud , it hurts a lot. And if I try one step lower it goes to zero. This is very annoying, and makes impossible to use the AirPods with the iMac or Apple TV. With my iPhone 8 the volume behavior is normal. In addition to this problem, the Airpods , when I use them with my iPhone, randomly disconnect themselves. I've already tried restarting them and it didn't help. They are still under warranty. Is there any way I can return them?...
