How do I change my move goal to minutes if I am over 13?
I want to do a stairs activity for 5 minutes. But every time the starting goal is 3 hours 17 minutes. It doesn’t matter how many times I change it to 5 minutes and do the activity it always goes back to 3 hours 17 minutes next time....

The color for my Outdoor Walk suddenly changed to red -- somehow a goal got set for 450 calories.
