So mine is lost within a month, it would be more sensible to ship a second cap with the pen than a second nib as at least the nib is hard to lose.

When you are drawing there is virtually no lag and is very responsive and has a nice feel and weight to it also there are lots of apps to choose from which support the pencil

Yes it would be handy to have a case included especially for the price but that hasn’t stopped me giving this product a deserving 5*.

Swings and roundabouts for this pencil for me. The weight and feel have quality but there are some issues. The nib slips on the iPad surface so drawing is not easy to control. It doesn't have the resistance of a pencil or pen on paper so writing and drawing take practice. There's also a slight lag between movement and the appearance of lines but, again, you do get reasonably used to that. Where it seems to show lack of design development is at charging time. You can't charge your iPad and the pencil at the same time so if both need charging, work grinds to a halt. Which is not uncommon as the iPad eats juice when you are drawing or writing. And, of course, if the pencil dies, it's coffee time again waiting for it to charge as you can't work and charge at the same time. After all that, should it be mentioned that there's no pencil holder with the iPad Pro Apple case so you need to use chewing gum to keep them together. Or a third party one where someone has taken the trouble to think these things through.

Strange thing is I can't put the thing down, it's so addictive once you get going. The only gripe I have, along with other people it seems, is the loose cap and lightning adapter. Both are easily lost. Once again Apple have taken the technological lead.
