When it comes to growth,
Mac delivers.

Since 2021, Tut Tut has been transforming local delivery across France. The company connects registered drivers with customer orders from major retailers using its platform and custom-built apps. It’s a win-win for both drivers and customers. Drivers can make deliveries during their existing journeys, which helps reduce traffic and ensures customers get what they need quickly.

Now, Tut Tut has grown to more than 50 employees, delivering over one million orders a year from 2,000 retailers and supermarkets. To keep up with this massive growth, Tut Tut relies on Mac to power every part of its business.

When we built Tut Tut, we knew we needed fast, reliable, and secure technology that could scale with us and help our teams do their best work. For me, it had to be Mac.

Vincent Chabbert, CEO, Tut Tut

Tut Tut uses Mac because their employees find it simple to deploy, secure, and manage at scale. With Apple Business Manager, new devices can be enrolled instantly, and built-in security features keep business-critical data protected — eliminating the need for a full IT department. Instead, Tut Tut works with Netopie, an Apple Technical Partner, for ongoing support and expert guidance on device management.

Mac is so easy to manage that we only need light-touch support. And with Apple Technical Partners, we get the right help when we need it.

Jérémy Berthier, CTO, Tut Tut

Efficiency across teams is crucial to Tut Tut’s success. Company-wide, employees use MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini to collaborate and work more effectively and securely. With Apple Intelligence Writing Tools*, the marketing team can proofread copy, adjust tone, and summarize text. And compatibility with third-party apps like Microsoft 365 allows the finance team to work seamlessly on accounting and budgeting. Tut Tut is immensely proud to have a 100% staff retention rate — and Mac is integral to their employee satisfaction.

To further power its business, Tut Tut has built three custom apps on Mac. Klaxon is a back office tool that helps employees visualize and manage deliveries. The Professional Platform lets retail partners view their delivery status. And the Tut Tut consumer app, which was built using Xcode, helps drivers register for jobs and find where to pick up or drop off orders.

Sustainability is at the heart of Tut Tut’s ethos. Reducing vehicles on the road is meaningful to the company — as well as having a technology partner that aligns with its values. Mac fits in perfectly to this ethos with its energy-efficient design, long-lasting performance, and durable materials. Plus, Apple is working toward carbon neutrality across its entire global footprint by 2030.

Looking to the future, Tut Tut is continuing its mission to make deliveries faster, smarter, and more sustainable — with Mac powering every step of the way.
