In the shadow of giants

For years, photographer Ted Chin had dreamed of visiting Sequoia National Park and its rugged terrain. This fall, he finally made the trek. “The scenery evokes The Lord of the Rings — mysterious journeys into fantasy lands,” he describes. Shooting on iPhone 17 Pro Max, Chin relied on the Ultra Wide camera to capture the immensity of the scene.
