Yesterday at The West Hollywood EDITION in Los Angeles, CA, Apple hosted the premiere of the hit series “Little America” season two. The second season is set to debut globally with all eight episodes on Friday, December 9 on Apple TV+. 

Executive producers Lee Eisenberg, Siân Heder (who recently won a Best Screenplay Academy Award for “CODA”), Kumail Nanjiani, Emily V. Gordon and more were joined by many cast and the real life subjects whose stories inspired the series including Alan Kim, Hanad Abdi, Bruce Baek, Victoria Canal, Helen Dion, Jamal Hashi, Sasha Frolova, Akisa Fukuzawa, Shiori Ideta, Dillini Jayasuriya, Ki Hong Lee, Wyatt Lindner, Stacy Rose, Zachary Shadrin, Isuri Wijesundara and Milad Yousufi. They posed for photos on the step and repeat before entering a packed theater for a premiere screening.

The second season of the critically acclaimed anthology series explores eight incredible stories inspired by real people from around the world featured in Epic Magazine. Hailing from Emmy Award nominee Lee Eisenberg and Academy Award winner Siân Heder, “Little America” goes behind the headlines to look at the funny, romantic, heartfelt, inspiring and surprising stories of immigrants in America, when they’re more relevant now than ever.

“Little America” is written and executive produced by Lee Eisenberg, who serves as showrunner, and Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon. Alan Yang executive produces through Universal Television. The series is also executive produced by Siân Heder and Joshuah Bearman, Joshua Davis and Arthur Spector executive produce for Epic Magazine. Heder also serves as co-showrunner alongside Eisenberg.
