Your Technical Support Coverage starts on expiry of your 90 days of complimentary technical support cover provided by Apple, which starts on the date you purchase your iPad.

(3) Coverage is available only for iPad, its original included accessories, one compatible Apple Pencil and one compatible Apple-branded iPad keyboard used with your iPad for protection against (i) batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity, and (ii) each incident of accidental damage protection is subject to an excess fee. For all iPad models launched after 1 May 2024, the excess fee is £25 for screen repair and £79 for all other accidental damage. The screen repair excess fee is only available on eligible iPad models when there is no other damage present. For the list of eligible models, please refer to the terms. The excess fee for accidental damage to all other iPad models is £39. The excess fee for Apple Pencil or Apple‑branded iPad keyboard is £25. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. (4) Technical Support Coverage gives access to technical advice for which a customer would otherwise be charged a fee.
