Free next-day delivery

Available for any in-stock Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, or Apple Watch. And get free two-day delivery on almost everything else.

Two-hour delivery

In most metros, we offer same-day courier delivery of eligible in-stock items from an Apple Store. The two-hour delivery fee is $9. Subject to availability.

Pick up your items easily and safely.

Whether you’re coming to the store or parking curbside, we’ll guide you through the pickup process step by step with emails and notifications. We’ll also send information about scheduling online personal sessions and returning trade-in devices.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up your online order at the Apple Store. Experience our new products and shop for accessories. Temperature checks may be required.

Express Pickup

Pick up your online order from an Express Pickup location at or near the Apple Store. You can pick up your items and be on your way. Available in selected locations.

Curbside Pickup

Pick up your online order without leaving your vehicle. Just park in a designated spot, let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll bring your order right out. Available in select locations.

Ship or drop off your returns for free.

For products purchased online, including those picked up at a store, curbside or express location, you can start a no-contact return within 14 days at apple.com/orderstatus. You can also return your product to an Apple Store.

For purchases made at an Apple Store, you can return your product to the store within 14 days of purchase. If your local store is closed and your in-store purchase was made using a credit card or Apple Card Monthly Installments, you may be able to return it via mail.
