All orders are currently shipping with free, no-contact delivery. Drivers may ask for verbal confirmation instead of a signature when proof of delivery is required. And orders that don’t require a signature will be left at your door. If you wish to request delivery changes or complete signature waivers online, visit your Order Status to find your tracking link.

Whether you’re coming to the store or parking curbside, we’ll guide you through the pickup process step by step with emails and notifications. We’ll also send information about scheduling online personal sessions and returning trade-in devices.
Pick up your online order at the Apple Store. Experience our new products and shop for accessories. Temperature checks and face masks may be required.
Pick up your online order at an Express Pickup location at or near the Apple Store. You can pick up your items and be on your way. Available in select locations.
Pick up your online order without leaving your vehicle. Just park in a designated spot, let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll bring your order right out. Available in selection locations.

For products purchased online, including those picked up at a store, curbside or express location, you can start a no-contact return within 14 days at apple.com/orderstatus. You can also return your product to an Apple Store.
For purchases made at an Apple Store, you can return your product to the store within 14 days of purchase. If your local store is closed and your in-store purchase was made using a credit card or Apple Card Monthly Installments, you may be able to return it via mail.
