Accessibility at Apple
The best workplace works for all.
At Apple, we believe accessibility is a fundamental human right. From the start, we build accessibility into everything we create — including our products, services, and culture. Everyone here contributes a range of perspectives that influence our work, in a workplace designed with everyone in mind.
Before You Join Us
During the hiring process, we want you to have every opportunity to showcase your strengths, so accommodations are available upon request to help you fully participate. Whether you need a sign language interpreter, extra time, breaks between interviews, or something else, your recruiter will support you along the way. At Apple, we don’t discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristics, including disability, when recruiting, hiring, or promoting. We hire the best person for the position — period.
