      Same issues as silver mouse

L Recently purchased this and the space grey keyboard to go along with a new high spec mac mini. Upgraded all accessories even though I had older versions. Love the design. Difficult to beat, but.... This version exhibits the same issues as the silver mouse. I had lots of bluetooth dropouts while with the older battery driven mouse it was rare. This isn't just a 20 sec dropout. Its minutes and at one point I was fiddling around for 10-15 minutes while trying to fix critical work issues and had half an hour in total. Needless to say I'm returning it. Check the silver magic mouse 2 reviews first before buying.

      Love this mouse

L It's small, sleek and neat and looks just great. I use my MacBook for personal use and find the mouse is comfortable and takes up little room when travelling. Left and right clicks have a very definite and reasuring action and audible click. Scrolling with an up-down or side-to-side swish of a finger is superb. It connects straight away when selecting it from the bluetooth icon on the top menu bar. Here it also shows you how much battery life you have left and so you shouldn't get caught out with a dead mouse! It lasts for ages on a charge too. I've been using mine for a couple of weeks now - light to medium domestic use - and it's still 85% charged. It is at a massive cost though, but it's just one of those things - the stylish good looks and the great functionality mean you just have to fork out for one.
