If your Dual Knit Band feels too loose or tight, turn the Fit Dial clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen the lower strap . To tighten or loosen the upper strap , pull the Fit Dial out, then turn it clockwise or counterclockwise....
Enclosure and Audio Straps
Use one hand to hold your device by the frame and hold the Dual Knit Band with the other. Avoid picking up Vision Pro via the Light Seal, Audio Straps , or power cable....
To unplug the power cable from the Audio Strap , rotate the connector counterclockwise until it unlatches.
To remove your Apple Vision Pro head band, find the orange tab on the inside of the band and pull the tab until the band detaches from the Audio Strap . Then do the same with the orange tab on the other side....
Take off the Light Seal, then look for the serial number printed vertically on the Apple Vision Pro aluminum enclosure, between the left Audio Strap and the black fabric that surrounds the left display....
Turn the power cable counterclockwise to remove it from the Audio Strap , then place the power cable in a safe location. Do not include the power cable or battery in the box....
Your Apple Vision Pro, including the Battery, USB-C Power Adapter, USB-C Charge Cable, Light Seal, Light Seal Cushion, Head Bands, Audio Straps , and ZEISS Optical Inserts if you use them. Also, remember to keep the cover on Apple Vision Pro when you bring it in....
