Should I use a vpn on my MacBook Air?
I have an iPhone 13 and I have 2 different VPN's that I used to use on my old iPhone X. Whenever I try to connect on my new phone it won't connect and if by chance it does connect it disconnects pretty quick right after. Any fix for this? At first I thought maybe my VPN was the issue, so I tried a different one and it has the same issue. I tried rebooting my phone, I tried resetting my network settings and reinstalling the app with no success....
I am trying to connect to my work VPN on L2TP over IPSec, everytime I get VPN server did not respond. I am wordering if anyone has had issues with this on monterey or could help with this issue. I have already checked my credentials are working with a collegue and tried connecting over hotspot to see if my router is the issue....

Restart your device. If Apple Intelligence & Siri or Siri & Search doesn't appear in Settings after your device restarts, check your VPN settings. Some VPN profiles might not allow use of Siri....

VPN server (L2TP/IPSec, PPTP)
If you have security or VPN software installed, temporarily uninstall the software (don't just disable), restart your device, then test again. If uninstalling the security or VPN software fixes the issue, but you must use the software, contact your VPN manager or security software provider for help....
