Hello, I have this issue that almost every time I turn on my MacBook (Retina 12-Inch, 2016) it shows the question mark folder. I just got Airpods Pro and they will not stay in my ears for more than a minute or so. I feel them start creeping and I know I have only a second or two before they seem to jump out of my ear as if they were being repelled or something. I have tried every size tip and they all do the same thing. I never had any problems with my old Airpods so this is strange to me.
