My iphone 11 Pro Max just started, from one day to the next, lagging seriously even freezing. I touch for example the share button and it takes forever to reacts and if insist and press it twice it often freezes. Sometimes its fine and the next it lags again. Ive closed all my apps, restart it, reset it, it doesn’t make any difference. I have plenty of memory and the battery health is good. Its updated to ios 15.5. I don’t know what to do. I’ve seen this topic before but never noticed a solution. I use NUMBERS on my IPad & IPhone for everyday spreadsheets. Nothing complicated, just housekeeping etc with simple formulas. I’ve used it for years with no issues. Over the last few months it’s been unbearably slow . Every keystroke takes ages and it constantly shows the message “spreadsheet updating”. I know excel is so much better but for my purposes it’s not worth paying a subscription. I would love to give up...

Connected an external SSD USB C with Mac OS and internet is really slow . On the original MAC OS HD internal drive it's 30MB and using the new external SSD it's only 5MB and using web pages is extremely slow . Is there somehow interference. Any ideas. Thanks REPLY...
I recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021), as my 2017 MacBook Pro was getting tired. The hype for the M1 chip was that it was blindingly fast. Have a Mac mini that I have only used a handful of times over the years - But I needed a backup while I am in between comps. It is insanely slow . While using my camera's Cinematic video, Photo and Portrait modes, in the application itself (before taking any videos/photos), the screen lags /stutters a lot. I'm using Version 12.4 MacOS Monterey on MacBook Air (M1, 2020), and sometimes the cursor lags until I restart my laptop. It starts to behave like this randomly, even if I don't have any heavy applications or tasks running. The only solution I know for this issue is restarting, which is inconvenient as it takes time. for several years now all my imacs have been very very slow . I can barely open the browser and using software like photoshop or illustrator causes it to crash. I've had a large number of video files that I've deleted over the years and i suspect that might be the problem. After i've deleted them I can still search for them in finder and many of them are still there. but it doesn't matter if I were to wipe the hardrive and start again or buy a new imac it's still very very slow ... my icloud...
