i downloaded itunes to windows 7. im trying to restore an old iphone 7 that has the apple logo stuck. after doing research i held buttons down to restore while on itunes and it says cant restore unless itunes is on latest version . so i check for updates and says its on current version . the phone is like new, only used for a couple of months until apple logo got stuck, im trying to use it a temp phone until i can get current one repaired or purchase a new one. Has anyone else run into this issue...
