I need App ID and password
Just in the past few days I've been getting pop-up window a couple times a day (see screen shot). And I'm not 100% sure what's prompting this, other than I recently installed the "Freedom" (v.2.8) app from the App Store, which is website and app blocker on my MacBook Air (I am running OS Monterey), and I've also been playing around with some new Shortcuts (but I don't think this is connected to the Shortcuts I've been using). Wiped my apple id off school ipads. I purchased apps with that id . Now that I am retired I want to change id but it wants my phone number. I do not recognize the phone numbers last two digits. Never had a number with those numbers. How do I change my id so I can use the apps since I no no longer have that email address and never had a phone number with those last two digits....

You can turn off automatic updates and update apps manually. Or you can turn on automatic updates so that you don't need to manually update each app ....
