I have ordered some stuff and the money has been deducted from my bank account. However, there has been an overcharge on one item. An amount of 129.95 euros has been added to the original price. It shows in my order list that the normal price was deducted but when i check my bank transactions the additional deductions show. What do I do please? Because it's not like I've ordered something twice....

Hello, I have a Mac Book pro MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), 2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 that all of a sudden started repeating keys and became EXTREMELY sensitive. I have already tried to change the settings of the keyboard to the lowest sensitivity, but it is still driving me crazy. I had never had this problem before. The problem exists with several keys, not any specific ones and it has become impossible to use the keyboard. I wonder why pay 2.000+ euro ...
