My phone is not able to update any further. It usually updates on its own, or I go into my setting and install the latest update, however, there is alway an error and it can’t update. Many of my apps, including ones for work, cannot be used without the latest update. Either my phone needs to magically update or the apps need to be able to work with older phones....
Hi, I am trying to downgrade my level of storage on my iCloud but when trying to do this it asks me to sign in but then proceeds to give me no keyboard to put my details in with. I think this Is a way to keep taking peoples money because they want to change to a lower price. this needs to be sorted ASAP. side note I have tried sending this in now several times and ever time it’s magically freezes at the end, but nothing else on the phone has. typically I notice it's happening when the charge level drops below 50% which I then notice. The ONLY solution I've found is to fully shut down (NOT restart) the whole computer for at least 30 seconds (which I understand in the M1s is equivalent to resetting the SMC in the old intel-based Macs). After full shut down and restart, same cables, same chargers regardless of type... it just " magically " starts charging again. So, something is going awry internally with the charging system! I expect...
