From any website in Safari in which there is a link to a pdf, I can read it online. Near the bottom of the page there is an icon to enlarge, make smaller, view in Preview or download. I've already asked the question. Ctrl+shift+4 takes a snapshot of whatever it is that you're working on - and then it opens up in a window (that can't be moved by the way) with several editing functions that do not have any common sense as far as functionality or usability. I cannot find ANYTHING online authored by anyone who can explain just exactly how to use these tools. I feel it is a great disservice having no information that supports the use of these basic tools....
