      bad design

whoever designed this should be fired. If I wanted a USB 3.0 hub, I'd have bought a USB 3.0 hub. The only USB-c thing you are paying for here is the cord, which whoever designed this should be fired. If I wanted a USB 3.0 hub, I'd have bought a USB 3.0 hub. The only USB-c thing you are paying for here is the cord, which is also pretty short. Everything else is USB 3.0. Since the cord is removable, if you lose it, which is pretty easy because it's small, you're SOL and your hub is bricked. The only place you can get a replacement C to micro-3.0 cord is Amazon, so you can't just pop in to your local electronics store. Belkin didn't think this design through at all. Worse yet, the box in Apple stores doesn't indicate it's really a USB 3.0 hub with a USB-C dongle. I wish I had the original packaging so I could return it but unfortunately I left it in another city while traveling.

      Very Convenient

I love the removable cable because I can use it to plug my seegate external hard drive. It’s everything I needed.
