It does not. It is only a plug adaptor, so it just passes onto the device whatever voltage is in the It does not. Keep in mind Apple's power adaptors (for MacBooks, iPhones, etc) are usually capable of handling both 110 and 220 V, so that should not be an issue. You can confirm this by reading the power brick itself.
