With convenient delivery and pickup methods, Apple is making it easier and safer to get the products you want.

No-contact delivery

In response to COVID-19, our delivery partners are offering no-contact delivery in your area. As always, delivery will be fast and free. Drivers may ask for verbal confirmation instead of a signature when proof of delivery is required. If you wish to request delivery changes or complete signature waivers online, visit your Order Status to find your tracking link.

Fast & free delivery

Get free next-day delivery on any in-stock Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, or Apple Watch. And free two-day delivery on almost everything else. Faster options are also available.

Two-hour delivery

In most metros, we offer same-day courier delivery of in-stock items from an Apple Store. The two-hour delivery fee is $9. In some areas, you can also schedule a delivery time window.

Convenient, safer pickup

If Apple Store Pickup is your favorite way to get your Apple products, we’ve got you covered. Some locations even have new pickup methods. We’re working to keep pickup fast and easy. So we’ll guide you through pickup step by step using emails and notifications. We’ll also send information about scheduling online sessions for setup help and returning trade-in devices.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up your online order at the Apple Store. Experience our new products and shop for accessories. Temperature checks and face masks may be required.

Curbside Pickup

Pick up your online order quickly, without leaving your car. Park in the designated area, and we’ll bring your order right out. Available in select locations.

Holiday returns

For eligible products received between November 10, 2020 and December 25, 2020, you have until January 8, 2021 to initiate a return.

If you’d like to return an item, you can ship it back to us for free. Sign in to your online Order Status and choose to “Start a return”. You can also bring your return to the Apple Store. Learn about Apple Returns & Refunds
