Q: El Capitan - bluetooth streaming choppy

I have a 21.5" late  2012 iMac that I just upgraded to El Capitan (OS X 10.11). Now all of my music from iTunes or Radium sounds choppy on my Bose Soundlink Mobile Speaker II. It worked fine on Yosemite. Anyone having a similar issue with any Bluetooth speakers ?

Q: Iphone x bluetooth issue

Can anyone help how to fix bluetooth issue of my Iphone X to Bose wireless speaker ?  I tried several tips which I read in different forums (e.g. Network Reset, Bluetooth on and off) and still not successful.    Also cannot detect to any device like my Tag Heuer Android wear.   The only message when turning bluetooth is “pair to apple watch?
